Cotton exported to Europe or Asia must meet strict quality standards (e.g., no pesticide residues, low moisture). Our film is made from 100% virgin polyethylene, free of harmful chemicals, and its moisture barrier keeps bale moisture below 12% (the maximum allowed for export). The green layer’s anti-static coating prevents dust from sticking to bales, ensuring cotton meets “clean fiber” requirements.
Warehouses storing cotton for 6+ months need film that resists aging. Our film’s UV stabilizers prevent yellowing, and its anti-microbial layer stops mold growth—even in humid warehouses (e.g., southern China). The tight seal also keeps pests out, avoiding damage from rodents or insects.
