What Is a Pallet Strap Band?
A pallet strap band is an elastic polyethylene film band used to hold palletized goods in position during internal handling and short-distance movement.
Unlike a complete stretch-film wrap that surrounds most or all of the pallet load, the strap band is applied only around selected areas of the load. This makes it particularly useful for factories, warehouses and distribution operations where pallets need temporary stabilization rather than complete protective wrapping.
The elastic film conforms to the shape of the load and maintains tension after application. Its non-adhesive surface helps secure packaged goods without leaving adhesive residue on cartons or product packaging.
For many internal logistics tasks, this simple approach can reduce the amount of wrapping material and labor required for every pallet movement.
